I've been going to the gym all my life. However, don't let my physique fool you! I had to earn my body. I've been looking for the best gym workout program to do and came across MP45. What is MP45?
H.I.S.T. - MP45 is built off the principle of H.I.S.T. (High Intensity Stimulation Training). It's a combination of a sprinter's workout with a powerlifter's workout. Nutrition - The nutritional part of the program focuses on eating 2-3 hours. This will prevent your body from going catabolic and eating away precious muscle tissue. That's why you eat small but frequent meals, mainly lean proteins, low glycemic carbohydrates, and healthy unsaturated fats. The timing of these macronutrients is so important for building lean muscle and strength.
